2805.5. Inducement to Out-of-State Solicitation.
The terms “sells”, “offers to sell” and “attempts to solicit prospective purchasers” in Section 11226 of the Code include
any written or oral communication which is disseminated or otherwise used within this state for the purpose of inducing
a resident to travel outside this state for a required presentation with the primary intention of causing the person to
purchase time-share interests located outside of this state.
