2795.3. Term of Public Report and Extension Thereof.
The term of any Final Subdivision Public Report issued pursuant to Section 11018 of the Business and Professions
Code shall be limited to five (5) years. A renewal shall be issued if the subdivider, owner or agent makes application
for renewal of any report and has submitted such additional information as the commissioner may require.
