2781. Panic Selling as the Basis for Disciplinary Action.
Prohibited discriminatory conduct includes, but is not limited to, soliciting sales or rental listings, making written or
oral statements creating fear or alarm, transmitting written or oral warnings or threats, or acting in any other manner so
as to induce or attempt to induce the sale or lease of real property through any representation, express or implied,
regarding the present or prospective entry of one or more persons of another race, color, sex, religion, ancestry, marital
status or national origin into an area or neighborhood.
