Cancellation of Private Mortgage Insurance -Refund of Unused Premium
2954.65. Within 30 days after notice of cancellation from the insured, a private mortgage insurer or mortgage guaranty insurer shall, if the policy is cancellable, refund the remaining portion of the unused premium to the person or persons designated by the insured.
